By creating an account, accessing the website, or using any CheckMyCOA service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use CheckMyCOA.

CheckMyCOA is an educational platform designed to help users better understand Certificates of Analysis and laboratory documentation. Our reports, scores, and analyses are provided solely for educational and informational purposes.

You may not use CheckMyCOA as a substitute for professional laboratory review, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, or any other specialized evaluation.

Nothing on CheckMyCOA constitutes medical, health, or safety advice. Our analyses do not evaluate whether a product is safe, effective, or appropriate for any individual or purpose.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional or other appropriate expert before making decisions that affect your health, safety, or well-being.

CheckMyCOA does not certify products, verify manufacturer claims, guarantee the accuracy of laboratory documentation, or endorse any vendor, product, or manufacturer.

Documentation Scores™, Trust Scores™, and any similar ratings are generated algorithmically for educational context. They are not official certifications, laboratory accreditations, or quality seals.

When using CheckMyCOA, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete account information.
• Upload only content you have the right to share, such as COAs you have received or obtained lawfully.
• Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

CheckMyCOA offers an Explorer plan with complimentary analysis credits and a Professional Membership subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and included features are described on the membership and upgrade pages.

Professional Memberships are billed according to the plan you select. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings or by contacting support.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or features with reasonable notice. Changes will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.

Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access to analysis features, all payments are generally final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you contact us within 14 days of purchase and have not materially used the subscription benefits.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@checkmycoa.com. We reserve the right to approve or decline refund requests at our discretion.

All content, branding, software, designs, and materials provided by CheckMyCOA are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading content, you grant CheckMyCOA a limited license to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CheckMyCOA and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to CheckMyCOA in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of CheckMyCOA after the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
